OUR STAFF

SATTI has been treating sex addicts, their families, and their significant others for more than 30 years.  During that time, the depth of our expertise and experience, joined with our compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, have led to our recognition as one of the most effective treatment facilities for sexual and porn addict and their families in the county.  

Our staff includes licensed professionals who specialize in treating sex and porn addiction, childhood trauma, partner betrayal trauma, and codependency.  SATTI's therapists are skilled in individual, couples, and group treatment as well as 5- and 10-day intensives and in using experiential, therapies such as psychodrama, art therapy, EMDR, and other expressive therapies so essential for both addiction remediation and trauma healing.   We offer a wide array of resources to effectively meet the needs of sex and porn addicts, whether in pre-recovery, seeking to achieve sobriety, or engaged in the ongoing work of healing the childhood trauma that so often underlies the development and maintenance of a sexual or porn addiction. 

We also offer treatment options and supports for those close to the sex addict, whether they are in a crisis stage following discovery of the sexual addiction or seeking ongoing therapy to explore their own needs, both in relation to the sex addict and in terms of their individual selves.     

Using teleconferencing, we are able to offer long-distance (nationwide) psychotherapy, consultation, and assessment.  Our intensives are in-person.  A board-certified psychiatrist who is knowledgeable in sexual addiction is available for consultation.  We work closely with all referring therapists and can refer to inpatient facilities if necessary. Insurance reimbursement to the client for services provided is often possible.  Fees may be adjusted, based on need.    For agencies and professional organizations wishing to learn more about sex and porn addiction, we offer onsite trainings to meet their needs.
